Rapid HIV Testing

Know your status in minutes with fast, free, and confidential testing—no appointment needed, and results delivered on the spot.

STI Testing

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides STI testing and guidance to help you stay informed and in control of your health.

HIV Home Testing

Test on your own time, in your own space. Request a free, confidential HIV test kit delivered to your door.

HIV Case Management

Get support for living with HIV—access care, stay on treatment, and connect with services, counseling, and a community that fits you.

PrEP Counseling

Free PrEP counseling offers prevention guidance, help finding a provider, and support accessing medication and financial assistance if you need it.

Harm Reduction Services

Nonjudgmental care for people who use drugs—offering overdose prevention, safer use supplies, and free HIV, STI, and hepatitis testing.

Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT)

We offer low-barrier buprenorphine treatment with warm support and smooth care coordination between prescribers, case managers, and harm reduction services.

Transgender Empowerment Program

PRN’s LGBTQ Health Center offers hormone therapy, pelvic exams, STI care, harm reduction, and supportive services in a culturally competent space.
