Everyday People.
Powerful Messages.
A community social media project inspiring safer sex, open dialogue, and HIV awareness—without shame, stigma, or cost.

What It’s All About
Since 2014, the Superheroes campaign has celebrated real people who care about their health, their partners, and their community. This social media project brings together local creatives and advocates to spread sex-positive, status-neutral messages about HIV testing, treatment, stigma, and prevention—including PrEP and U=U.
All of the services it promotes—HIV testing, PrEP navigation, condoms, and counseling—are 100% free.

Get tested regularly—it’s free and confidential.
If you're living with HIV, stay in care and feel supported.
Ask about PrEP—it’s free and available.
Use condoms and talk openly with partners.
Know your status and support others without shame.
